vCIO & IT Strategy

A senior technology advisor at your leadership table, with quarterly reviews, a roadmap and a budget you can plan around.

STR-01

What this service covers

A virtual chief information officer (vCIO) gives you senior IT leadership without a full-time executive salary. Instead of reacting to problems, you get a plan: what to replace and when, which risks matter most, and what technology could help the business grow.

Each quarter we meet with your leadership team to review tickets, security posture, projects and spending, and to update a rolling three-year roadmap and budget. You leave each meeting knowing what is coming and what it will cost.
