Privacy Policy

TS Consulting LLC ("TS Consulting LLC", "we", "us") is a managed IT service provider based in Fort Myers, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the assessment request form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, company size, area of interest and anything you write in your message.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard web server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy for how it handles that data.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, browser and pages visited. We use this information only in aggregate to improve the site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, for Facebook and Instagram) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure whether our ads and social posts lead to visits and assessment requests, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. These tools set cookies and send Meta and LinkedIn information such as the pages you view, your browser and device, and an identifier tied to your browser. They do not receive what you type into the assessment form. You can limit this by blocking third-party cookies, using your browser's tracking protection, or adjusting your Meta ad preferences and LinkedIn retargeting opt-out.
- Campaign links. When you arrive from one of our links that includes campaign tags (for example utm_source=linkedin), your browser stores those tags so that, if you send us an assessment request, we know which post or ad brought you here. They are saved only in your own browser and sent to us only with a form you choose to submit.
We do not sell visitor data, and we never use the details you send through the assessment form for advertising.
How we use your information

- To keep records of business communications
- To protect the website against spam and abuse
We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
How information is processed and shared
Form submissions are delivered to us through Microsoft Power Automate and stored in our Microsoft 365 business email, which are operated by Microsoft under its own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, or when required by law.
Client data
Information we handle on behalf of managed IT clients, including any protected health information, is governed by each client's service agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement. This website policy does not cover that data.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to three years for business records unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires otherwise.
Security
We protect the information we receive with multi-factor authentication, encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@tsconsulting-llc.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
