24/7 Remote Monitoring & Management

An agent on every server and workstation watches health around the clock and fixes common problems automatically.

SVC-02

What this service covers

Remote monitoring and management (RMM) means problems are noticed by us before they are noticed by you. A lightweight agent reports disk space, failing drives, stopped services, high CPU, offline devices and dozens of other signals to our platform every few minutes.

Many alerts are handled by automated scripts, such as clearing temp files, restarting a hung print spooler or restarting a stopped backup service. The rest create tickets for a technician, often fixed before anyone in your office opens a laptop.

How we deliver it

  1. Step 1

    Deploy

Agents are installed on every managed device during onboarding.
  2. Step 2

    Baseline

We tune alert thresholds to your environment so noise stays low.
  3. Step 3

    Watch

The platform checks every device continuously, day and night.
  4. Step 4

    Act

Automations or technicians resolve issues and log what was done.

A good fit if

  • You only find out about problems when something stops working
  • You have servers or equipment that must stay up
  • You want visibility into the age and health of your devices

Common questions

Does the agent slow computers down?

No. It uses very little memory and CPU and runs quietly in the background.

Can you see what my staff are doing?

The agent reports system health, not activity. Remote sessions are only started to fix an issue.
