What this service covers

Some work does not fit day-to-day support: an office move, a merger, an email migration or a new location. We run these as projects with a written scope, a fixed quote, a timeline and a named lead, so you know what will happen and what it will cost before work starts.

Projects are planned around your business. Cutovers happen after hours or on weekends, with a rollback plan and on-site support the first morning afterward.
