What this service covers

A backup you have never restored is a hope, not a plan. We back up servers, workstations and cloud data such as Microsoft 365 mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint, following the 3-2-1 rule: three copies, on two kinds of storage, with one off site.

Off-site copies are immutable, which means ransomware cannot encrypt or delete them even with stolen admin credentials. Every quarter we perform a test restore and record the result, so you know exactly how long recovery takes.

Common questions

Doesn't Microsoft back up 365 already?

Microsoft keeps the service running but has limited retention. A separate backup protects against deletion, ransomware and departed employees.
