AI & Automation Readiness

Safe adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools, starting with data permissions and clear policies.

CLD-05

What this service covers

AI assistants such as Microsoft 365 Copilot can only see what a user can see. If file permissions are loose, Copilot will happily summarize the payroll spreadsheet for anyone who asks. Readiness starts with cleaning up who has access to what.

We assess your Microsoft 365 environment, fix oversharing, apply sensitivity labels, write an AI acceptable-use policy for staff, and then help you put AI and Power Automate to work on real tasks: summarizing meetings, drafting proposals, routing requests and removing repetitive data entry.

How we deliver it

  1. Step 1

    Assess

We review data access, licensing and current AI use.
  2. Step 2

    Secure

Permissions and labels are fixed first.
  3. Step 3

    Pilot

A small group uses Copilot or automation on real work.
  4. Step 4

    Expand

Successful use cases roll out to the wider team.

A good fit if

  • Staff already paste company data into free AI tools
  • You are considering Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses
  • You have manual processes that eat hours every week

Common questions

Is Copilot safe for regulated data?

It can be, once permissions, labels and policies are in place. That is what the readiness work covers.

Do we need Copilot licenses for automation?

No. Many workflows use Power Automate, which is included in most Microsoft 365 plans or available as an add-on.
