Onboarding & Offboarding

New hires are productive on their first morning. Departing staff lose access within the hour.

SVC-05

What this service covers

Starting a new employee touches a dozen systems: an email account, licenses, group memberships, shared drives, line-of-business apps, a laptop and a phone extension. Missing one wastes a new hire's first day. Missing an account when someone leaves is a security risk.

We turn both into documented, role-based checklists. You submit a request with the start or end date and role, and we handle the rest, including preserving a departing employee's mailbox and files for as long as you need.

What's included

How we deliver it

  1. Step 1

    Request

You submit the role and date through the portal.
  2. Step 2

    Prepare

We create accounts, assign licenses and prepare the device.
  3. Step 3

    Hand over

The new hire gets a short welcome session on day one.
  4. Step 4

    Record

Every change is logged for audits.

A good fit if

  • New hires wait days for access
  • You are not sure every former employee's account is disabled
  • Auditors ask for access records
