Identity & Access Management

Multi-factor authentication everywhere, single sign-on and conditional access, so a stolen password alone gets an attacker nowhere.

What this service covers

Most breaches involve a stolen or guessed password. Identity and access management makes passwords far less valuable to attackers by requiring a second factor, limiting where and how people can sign in, and giving staff a password manager so they stop reusing the same password everywhere.

We roll out multi-factor authentication (MFA) carefully, with training and phone app setup, then add conditional access rules in Microsoft Entra ID, for example blocking sign-ins from countries where you do no business or from unmanaged devices.

What's included

MFA rollout and enforcementAuthenticator app or passkey for every account.
Single sign-onOne Microsoft or Google sign-in for your business apps.
Conditional accessSign-in rules based on location, device health and risk.
Business password managerShared and personal vaults for staff.
Privileged access controlsSeparate admin accounts and just-in-time elevation.
Quarterly access reviewsConfirm who still needs access to what.

How we deliver it

  1. Step 1

    Inventory

We list accounts, admin roles and the apps people sign in to.
  2. Step 2

    Prepare

Staff are trained and enroll their second factor.
  3. Step 3

    Enforce

MFA and conditional access are switched on in stages.
  4. Step 4

    Review

    Access is reviewed each quarter.

A good fit if

  • Not every account uses MFA yet
  • Staff share passwords in spreadsheets or sticky notes
  • Your insurer asks about MFA on email and remote access

Common questions

Will MFA annoy my staff?

With trusted devices and conditional access, most people are prompted only occasionally.

What if someone loses their phone?

We verify their identity and reset their MFA the same day.
